After spending the day at the aquarium and walking ‘round the lovely pier, my fiancé and I stopped at this Outback for dinner. It was late, around 9pm or so, but we were able to get a table within about 20-25 min. No problem, we walked around the pier some more till the table was ready. It didn’t take long, and it’s easy to kill time since there’s so much to see. Dining in was A+++! We were lucky enough to have Trevor as our server. He cracked some jokes, made us feel comfortable, and holy sh*t our food was out quicker than anything! We ordered pretty fast, since we were already hungry, and our appetizers were out within 5 min. We both ordered steaks (kids meal for me, since I can’t eat very much, t-bone for him, he has a larger appetite) and that was out as soon as we were done with our appetizers. Trevor did us a nice favor taking a photo of us too. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in the area, we’d especially love to have Trevor again as our server! Thanks Outback, keep it up (or down under, lol) and give Trevor a raise!!!!!!!

So I stopped at the outbacks before taking my daughter to the aquarium & waited over 40 minutes for my bacon cheeseburger. when I received it, it was burnt & they had forgot the bacon completely and the tomato was withered. So the very nice waiter Matthew asked the cooks to remake the burger. So they brought me back another burger, this one had to be package to go because I was now late for my reservation at the aquarium. So when I got home to eat the second burger at this point I’m starving because this is four hours later the burger was burnt worse than the first burger in the restaurant. To top it off they failed to put lettuce or tomato on the burger. And I also requested crispy bacon which as you see in the picture the bacon is far from crispy but the burger sure is! How can a steakhouse not make a burger?? This is the world we are in now folks . The manager was nice

We’ve been to many restaurants in our travels and this Outback was deserving of my 5 star review. Despite it being a chain restaurant, it stood out. With a very helpful and friendly staff and great food. We stayed in Long Beach for only 3 days and ate here our first day and not kidding, we ate here everyday after because we were so pleased with our experience. Each time was a different combination of staff and always very friendly, prompt and genuine.

Went here New Years Eve. We were told we could sit at in the bar area but could not order food. So we went to the bar area, but were told we cound only sit at the bar. They only had one cook on duty, so they had to limited food orders. The waiter in the bar area told us he could take our drink order. Another associate at the establish said differently. We decided to leave. Usually we have a good experience here. The atmosphere is nice. Outside seating includes ground and table firepits. The bread is awesome. Attaching pick of the New Years Eve night we went 12/31/21. We decided to go to Chili's next door instead. We will definitely go back here.
