Paid for same day rapid antigen test, specially done so I can travel internationally. Received a text shortly that I was negative, but its now 36 hours later even though they promised testing documentation within 24 hours... don't use this place if you need test results within a specified timeframe. I received the invoice to my email fine, so it wasn't a wrong email issue.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was exceptional! Because of some reviews, I arrived two hours early, but they didn't make me wait for my appointment time. I was in line within 10 minutes. Once in the testing line, it was about five minutes before my actual test. I spoke with four people from the clinic, and each one was super friendly. Granted, I got my results in 120 minutes, not 60, but I am more than fine with that. The entire process was very efficient! I highly recommend this testing facility.

Based on reviews, we were reluctant to get tested at this site but with no other facilities available with same day results, we had no other option. I advise you to arrive to your appointment at least 1 hour early. My son's appointment was at 5:15 pm, he arrived at 4:00 pm, and had no problem following the signs and checking in. His test was given at 5:25. We paid for the Rapid Covid-19 Testing, results in 60 minutes. The only reason why I didn't give 5/5 stars is because he got his results in 2.5 hours, which we expected.

Most disappointing is the ABSENCE of results. My nephew’s appt was yesterday/Friday at 4:45 pm. Despite arriving 1/2 hour early, and waiting in line until after 6:00 pm for the test, HE STILL HAS NO RESULTS AND IT IS 24 HOURS LATER. The testing site also has not responded to phone Calls and emails. The promise of a 60 minute turn around simply is not true for us. Hopefully we will get the results soon, otherwise a claim with the Better Business Bureau will be posted. If you really need the results in 60 minutes, (or even 24 hours), best to seek out another testing site. UPDATE - soon after this review was posted, we DID receive the results via multiple avenues. Thank you. Going forward, it would be better if you contacted people if there is going to be a delay, and advise them how long the delay will be. We all understand that CoVid-diagnostic systems are over-burdened right now, and we would have been able to wait knowing that you had a plan to give us the results even if it was taking more than 60 minutes. Please: prioritize people who make reservations, change your 60 minute promise if you cannot keep it, and stay in touch with clients who are waiting for their test results of your turn-around time has to be longer than you promised.

Email them . Just reply to the confirmation of your "purchase" They will answer. By the way, I also tested yesterday at 4:30p.m. and still haven't received my results either... i don't see what the point was of paying $150 for rapid results.......
Nasal swab. 10x each nostril. Check-in time >5 min. Then they tell you, you'll get a "text" to line up for the testing. Some people don't get a text. So if you wait more than 30 minutes in your car, I recommend contacting a staff member. Actual test takes another 10 minutes, gotta get your Name, DOB, Lic #.
Unfortunately we experienced our systems crash Thursday. Friday things weren't 100% but we were still able to provide services as best as we could. Please feel free to reschedule for this week. Our system and web site is back up and running to it's full capacity.
