I was really surprised that of all places the DMV got through the line really quickly. I came in at 4:00 p.m. and was out at 4:45. I don't know what changed but this has been a much better experience than all the other times I've been to the DMV.

Thoroughly impressed! I arrived with a scheduled appointment at 1pm for license renewal/Real Id upgrade on a Thursday afternoon and the place was absolutley packed! Like, all the seats were taken and lots of folks having to stand while they wait. And yet, I managed to get in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. With a scheduled appointment, I only had to wait about 5 minutes until my number was called up. The lady verified all my documents, did the vision test, thumb print and then sent me to take a photo on the other side. After the photo, I got sent to another room where they printed the temporary license for use until they mail me the official one. All that was around 20 minutes. Total for everything was less than half an hour. Schedule your apppointments, folks! What looked to be a potential nightmare got turned into an easy breezy process. Once again, I am impressed.

Came here with my son to take the behind-the-wheel driving test. The wait on that day/time wasn't bad at all; we were behind 4 cars but the line moved quickly, think there were a total of 3 proctors so that helped with the process. Ultimately we waited for about 25 minutes before it was our term, which I consider is very reasonable. The lady that helped us with checking-in and paperwork was friendly, efficient, and professional. I wish everyone works like her in any company.

The DMV can be an overwhelming and stressful trip. On top of that, many of the DMV employees are overworked and frequently have to deal with moody customers throughout the day. I can only imagine the toll that must take on the employees. Despite this - today I received the best customer service I've had in a really long time. I was taken care of by Gina and she was nothing short of warm and attentive. She answered all of my questions and ultimately, she turned a dreadful trip to the DMV to a really delightful one. I would definitely return back here just because of the service she provided.

If the Renewal Registration was lost, can in still go in to The SA DMV and pay there. As well as, be able to pick up my new tags?..

Simply go to the dmv early around 7AM. YOU WILL BE DONE BY 10:30 AM. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. 7am. YOU'LL
