I came to this Dotty’s with my wife tonight and put a $100 bill in the machine and asked to cash it out and Tia (the bartender) said she couldn’t cash it for ten minutes cause her machine was down. I would normally split the cash between my wife and I so we can both play. So I told my wife to play the $100 ticket and I’ll wait till Tia was able to cash the ticket. 20 minutes went by, we were up to $140 and Tia still couldn’t cash the ticket so my wife continued to play while I sat and wait. We would have left by this time so we both could play but we still couldn’t cash our ticket and leave with our money. My wife continued playing and got up to $200 and hour later and we still couldn’t cash out our money. We now have been here for 2 hours, we have $50 in the machine and we still can’t leave! Ridiculous!
