Customer service is great sometimes the machines are out of order but no biggie. I don't play myself but i know the customer service first hand since i go with my father. Excellent service and they make sure that if you're intoxicated they cut you off at the bar.

Like I always say this is my favorite casino being a local I just have my certain preferences as to which ones I frequent but this one is one of the good ones the staff is efficient at their jobs and the slots are loose enough to have a good time/night.

All Dottys locations that are NOT bar tops are open. The ones that are bar tops and all Red Dragons are closed.
