First time trying this location, used to go to the OG by downtown KC. Unbelievable flavor in the red beans & rice. Superior to even Joe’s red beans & rice. That alone is worth 5 stars. Catfish is great. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Fresh fish. They have cake too. I had the catfish, delicious. Everything is made to order except maybe the cake. I had ordered from GrubHub previously. When the food arrived it was still warm. Plus I received my order a few minutes earlier. They have a variety of sides.

I have been wanting to try this locally owned fish place for months. I finally got the chance and it did not disappoint. I got the full fish platter with okra and hush puppies. It was perfect! Great amount of food for the money. I had a full meal the next day. Great tasting food at a great value. Give it a try! Support this locally owned restaurant so it's here for years to come.

Well i hate to write a review but i was on my lunch break and i had limited time to get back…so after i got my order i seen the lady putting it in the box so im thinking its fresh when i got back in my car i immediately grabbed a piece and it absolutly was not my suppose to be full order was a half and my fish is iceeeee cold…how? Im disapointed because we dont have a microwave so now i wasted 20 bucks for cold fish
