I last time I had hot pot was back in China. Chengdu Memory was the perfect place to get that hot pot experience with an atmosphere that made me feel like I was back in China. The food was excellent and came out quicker than we could eat. It all tasted great and the waitress was a great help and very kind. It was full of Chinese people which tells me they approve of the authenticity and quality of the establishment. What a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend here and will be going back.

Really delicious hot pot with a lot of frills and extras. The meat was pretty good quality and the broth was decent as well. You order a lot of stuff a la carte and it adds up so this isn't a cheap place to dine. The sauce bar is pretty fun making it yourself too. There was a lot of thoughtful attention to details during our experience here and some of it is just excessive (in a good way?). There's a nail polish station in the waiting area and they make sure to put a coat cover on your jacket so splatters won't get on it, among a lot of other things. Most of the staff don't speak English too well though and I don't speak Chinese so there was a slight language barrier. Food - 8/10 Service - 9/10 Experience 9/10 Value - 6/10 ($80 for 2)

Sichuan spicy, great flavor, gram-worthy meat plate, amazing serving staff! Their restrooms are so equipped: mouth wash, perfumes, nail polish, and so on! I came back to my table and my jacket’s covered and protected! Their bottomless milktea kept me going with pushing through the spicy 🥵!

This place is truly amazing, the food was pretty good but they are very busy. Each time i needed service, I had to wait long time or keep chasing the waitress for something. It could be because of lack of employment these days but still the food was pretty good. They have also some free icecream that you can get but their desert was my favorite part!! I do highly recommend them if you like Sichuanese food, but not during weekends unless your willing to wait. For the restaurant specially with this price range, they should definitely offer either parking or somewhere to park or offer 2 hours free parking somewhere as its extremely difficult to park at this location which is the only reason I deducted 1 star ⭐ for this review.

Questions & Answers

Hi everyone, we (group of 5) are planning to go here this Saturday. I see some people recommend making a reservation but how do I do that? I don't see any place on their website for reservations. Also, is calculating $50/person about accurate?

Agreed. Reservations are for 6+. Also $50 is accurate. If you are able to get a reservation, ask if you can pre-order any meat combos platter. They sold out of those by like 7 pm.
