I'm in town for the holidays and I have enjoyed coming to this gym. Quiet, no one bothers you, and everyone is very polite. Very clean as well.

I love it! Not a gym for bodybuilders, unless they're older and doing it for their health! I really enjoy the Silver Stepper classes on Monday and Wednesday and Friday at 10:30. I always get a good workout without hurting myself!
