I was just there with my family last week. The upgrades are very nice, but y'all stopped! Keep going! Sweep and mop the rooms, especially before you rent it out! Put new faucets & spouts in that shiny new shower! And put a shower head on that hole in that new shower, especially before you rent out the room! And please, for the love of all things beautiful and good, don't allow anyone to live in your motel! I love this place y'all, it's full of beautiful potential. I've stayed here several times over the years. Please throw away those piles of junk outside that utility/ laundry room! That new joint up the hill is too expensive! Give folks some good clean southern hospitality! I know y'all can do better! I shouldn't have been charged $80 for that room: it wasn't ready, but I'll be back again, with my fingers crossed! Thanks, blessings, and love! Y'all got this!!!

The rooms are in very good condition and for a very good price also.The owner is extremely nice to me every time I come to here- He is constantly making improvements to the rooms-The staff is cool with me and I am very impressed with the rooms**

A lot better than 4 months ago, new tubs, beds, and overall experience was alot nicer people working and very helpful

This is by far the nastiest hotel in the state of Mississippi. The rooms are full of roaches. Everything is dirty. The owners have issues with giving towels and tissue. To top of off my cousin was almost eaten alive by bed bugs! I give this hotel 0 stars!
