Nice friendly staff admitted to forgetting they forgot they told me to wait in parking lot. After going drive-thru for a pot pie & water. I had to wait on my pot pie 10 or 15 mins. I was rewarded a free leg piece chicken & cookie. Their food is excellent & prepared well. I don't understand why fast food isn't lived up to in Winona.

This location definitely needs a makeover. It looks old and outdated. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. To order food, I decided to go next-door to Burger King.

You need to fire everyone that works here at least that was working. On Sunday at noon on September 12, 2021. Rude no care attitude to customers. The employees are yelling at one another. They forgot the three people in the restaurants orders. After we were wanting for 10 min. She rudely yelled at us to see what we ordered.
