I went there twice this week and for some reason when I get home my order is wrong Wednesday they gave me sausage instead of beef patty today I ordered cheesy melts got home instead of sourdough it was crossan tried to call line keep busy

Night Manager on 1/ 11 /2022 Needs training on how to talk to customers ...saying hay you need to get out of here. So leave ....is not professional...I asked staff his info and were afraid to give it to me ...Do Better Burger King 👎

I ordered from here today and it was pretty slow getting my order.. however, I understand because both Robert's, and Nylen (I think that's how you say his name) were super efficient and did their absolute best to get everyone in and out with quality service!!! I would recommend that this location especially try to hire more staff because what I am witnessing is not fair to such a small crew :(

This place needs to change the name to something else. It is Not Burger King. Boulder station had a skinny white girl, glasses, wiry hair with gray in it who never had the ice cream machine working. Twice I've been there and wanted a cone And she says machine is down. So tonight I go thinking hopefully not again, and notice the same manager lady working and tell my friend, watch she's gonna say the machine is down. I ask for a cone and sure enough she says it. It's 9pm. I ask her what time they close she said midnight but she's closing down machine earlier to get out at 12 on time. If you go close to 12 you get bad looks. She's lazy, she's losing you alot of money. Call yourself something else like lazy, and don't have nothing either. Get rid of her
