I went to this BK in Nov 2021.. and there was plaatic in my burger. I have worked in the restaurant indistry for years, so i understand things happen. I just wrote and email to the store. Someone responded and asked what sypre and date. I replied and gave him the requested information i havent heard anything since then depsite my reaching out 3 more times. Very disappointed in their lack of care.

Burger King had always just been okay. Having said that it's now far beneath okay. The soda has a weird taste to it, which is a bummer because I would have used all that carbonated acid to mask the taste of the food. I got the jalapeno cheddar bites - I've had them a couple times, but usually they look like typical fried food, with some melty cheese inside. Not this time. This time they looked old, were cold to touch, and inside they were all as dry as this desert. Gross. The whopper was fine, I guess, aside from being as flat as a pancake. It was cheap, sure, but I'll pay $10 more and go to the real burger kings, Five Guys.

One star is too many. I have never ordered food from this location and had it be hot. Never. Not. Once. They can't manage to get an order correct, either. This is the worst Burger King is the Las Vegas Valley. And I'm glutton for punishment because its so close to my house, so I keep giving them chances. Today, I waited 5 minutes for food they were "making" that was given to me in the drive through without the onion rings I ordered, and the chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks so cold and stale it was inedible. I'm just filing a chargeback with my credit card company at this point. DO NOT EAT HERE. This place is SO BAD it's almost time to ask Dirty Dining to take a look. Seriously RUN AWAY.
