Bad service call to get rooms and when we get there no rooms

The first room I was given had not been serviced. Second room was dirty. If there was no way to turn on the light switch on the wall where you first walk in next to the door. The place is falling apart. There is a bunch of noise at about 11:00 at night and then the police showed up and it finally got quiet. I can't believe that America's Best value is willing to have their name on it.

Had to get the key card reprogrammed ever other time you used the key card. It was also really run down. The beds were comfortable, the tv good and the nasty shower was hot

It was the worst I've ever experienced! The sheets had blood on them... both beds.. The bathroom looked nasty, we did not use it! The comforts had Cigarette burns in them.. the room itself stunk. You need better housekeeping, rooms need to be updated. The best part of our whole experience was the coffee!
