Positive: The lighted bathroom mirror Negative: The pool is out of order. I would never have booked this hotel if i had known. The girl.that checked us in was awful. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. No smile. No hello. No information on where our room was located

Two bugs (a dead bee on the floor and a live stink bug on the curtains) were in my room and people were outside drinking beer and talking loud. This went on for about 15 minutes or more. When I moved to another room, I could still hear the people because my room was facing the parking lot. Also, when I moved to the new room, I had to do so by myself without the assistance of hotel services. Management acted cold and indifferent when I told them about the bee and bug on the curtain. They just said, they will note it in the files. Garbage wasn't picked up the next day. It sat there all day in the hallway. I threw it away myself. The rug in the hallway was taken up without notice and the door needed fixing. HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK and when they do not, let them go!! Monitor what is going on around the premises, in particular outside, and give people less than 10 minutes to clear the parking lot unless there is an emergency!

The hotel itself is okay. I usually have no problem here. They are still in the process of renovation but rooms are OK. I stay here usually because I have points and use them to help with price of room. However after this past visit, I'm not sure I'd waste my points. Disappointed in the service received from front desk.

We stayed at this hotel on our drive south to Florida. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean and obviously updated. In fact a truck arrived with a load of mattresses the morning we checked out. Renovation was underway in the ground floor common areas. I would stay here again.
