Slow down with the portion size! We all got medium, I thought it's reasonable, but man it's big! With waffle dipped in chocolate, yamo:). But too much! We did not finish it, it's in our freezer. I don't like ice cream so someone will finish mine, I should have not even get anything for me... The customer service is nice and ladies r patient; it is loud in there, probably because of the freezer needs to be on, but it was not best experience communicating our "wants". The ice cream is tasty, quite few choices, and tops were good, would like some berry choices to be an option. They mix ur choices together, plus mix in ur toppings, if u never been- try it, it's interesting to try, I prefer no mixing cause I like it the "Monk" way(food no touching each other)(haha no, just like the seporate flavors). We will be getting their cakes, I'm looking forward to try few of those. You can mix all u want and buy as a regular ice cream container that u would buy from grocery store, more expensive but u get exactly what you want.

It was my first time trying this place out because I've heard it's soooo good. But I was extremely disappointed. Not only was it expensive but the ice cream was just not it. The flavor was off. To be honest it didn't even have a flavor. We got 2 waffle cones and it was $20. I don't mind paying that if it's actually good. But it wasn't. We ended up throwing it away. Didn't even finish half of it. I personally do not recommend. I feel like it's all hype.

Came in for a Milk & Oreo shake, was not greeted upon entering and after standing in line (with no one in front of me) for two minutes I had to ask for assistance. Even then, there was hesitance amongst the 4 staff members on the floor. The person who helped me did tell them he was out of it but his peers could’ve chimed in. I’ve been coming here for a while and never experienced this before.

First time as this location. We had just had lunch next door at the L&L Hawaiian BBQ and was craving dessert and ice cream from Cold Stone sounded perfect! There were two employees behind the counter when we arrived. We were second in line behind a guy and his two kids. One of the employees was assisting them and the other employee was busy packing a large order for which I assumed was for a pick-up from a food-app such Door Dash or Postmates because she would not make eye contact with anyone over the counter. It took almost 10 minutes from the time we arrived for our turn and by then the line had grown by a few more people. Loved the ice cream, but slow service.
