So I went to the Tacoma location on approx 100th and South Tacoma way in need of getting my battery and alternator tested. There was a young man there unfortunately I cannot remember his name but I do know that he is the assistant manager at this location and I must say he was extremely helpful went out of his way to help me out and to make sure I left with all the parts needed it's nice and refreshing to see someone so young actually care about the work they do keep up the good work young man I'll be revisiting your store and I highly recommend that everyone else visit it as well.

Ryan, Jane in commercial and Freddy, Mac are all amazing parts professionals. People I can count on for the correct parts and friendly service. They finally got a replacement for Scott which I didn't have very good customer service from. I'm glad that guy is gone. They have great people there now!
