When they make your food. It’s so sloppy job ever. Tacos are so messy all sauce and ingredients are scattered around the wrapper. . Looks nasty looking this place all dirty. All employees need retrained making food. Bad experience all around. I don’t recommend this place. 👎👎👎👎👎

I have never had such a bad experience at this location. First, I asked to clarify that my order had been taken correctly only to be ignored while the employee told the previous customer to "have a nice day". Second, at the window when I asked to verify the order was 1/2 soft tacos and 1/2 crunchy tacos when the digital display at the order said all crunchy, this guy hollers to another person, "Mullah, I know the answer, but is this right?" "So I did it right then?" rather flippantly. Then after I had requested no sauce I got about a dozen hot sauce packets which I tried to return and was instructed to keep them or drop them in the drive thru because, and I quote, "no one wants to eat that after you've touched it". Mind you I understand they would have had to throw out the packets anyway, but to say that to any customer in the tone of voice I heard is RUDE!

The restaurant is open for drive-thru at 11:30 p.m. even though you can't order any food. No Mexican pizza, what's the point even?

Ok, it's taco bell but finally I came home with my food with no sour cream. I don't go to fast food much but when I do I wasn't thinking of Taco Bell cause they would always screw up my order. Tonight they get a five star!We'll pass the kind words on to the team, Barbara. Hope to see you soon.
