Why? No free donut doing , during Hot Lite This is what they are know for? Place needed tobe clean, rolls with glaze floor need cleaning, uncooked dough still needed tobe taken out no donuts were cooking. Otherwise good my chocolate Custard was not fill through took 3bites?

Got 2 lemon filled donuts and 2 small coffees for 9 dollars and change! The donuts tasted old like they were aired and like crumbly... the coffee did not taste fresh... more like bottom of the pot of coffee. We asked for cream and Splenda but it did not taste any Splenda at all. They didn't even give us any napkins... not a good experience and it just reminded me of why I do not like Krispy Kreme, only went because my friend wanted and usually likes their donuts and coffee. Worst ever. Long line we had waited in and to get this at 9pm with no receipt is just not good business!
