I was placed here after my flight was canceled. I immediately felt uncomfortable. They do not have deadbolts on any of the doors. In the first room I was located in, the bathroom window was open and the lock no longer worked. And one of the pictures that was supposed to be on each side of the bed was missing, I could tell from the holes in the wall. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. Although the front desk was kind, she said that most of the rooms were in the same condition. I was appalled but moved to a second story room. However, when I walked into this room it reeked of disinfectant and I also noticed the smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag. The walls are paper thin and the pillows are rock solid. After a rough day of having flights cancelled, I would not say that this was an ideal place to stay. I will personally be avoiding at all costs if the situation ever arises again.

Checked in with four children and quickly ran out of soap and towels. I contacted the front desk and within minutes I had enough towels and supplies to get the kids squeaky clean. Excellent Service! Large. clean rooms at a reasonable rate! Highly recommended. Light rail just across the street so extremely well located!

I would say more like 1.5 stars. The staff is pretty nice but as soon as you walk into the lobby it smells old and weird. Your first impression "smell" has to be a good one.. We had to walk a long way to get to our room and the hallways smelled terrible and the carpet and fixtures, pictures etc are very outdated. We got to our room and there was an inch and a half cockroach right outside our door!?! No joke.. My wife just about flipped! Needless to say we will never stay here again especially for $130 a night with no breakfast. Area doesn't look or feel the greatest but I am not familiar with this area so I could be wrong. Oh and the pool was closed when we arrived but went to check it out since we were planning on swimming the next day until it was time to head to the airport. Well the pool size was awesome but the closer we got it looked mucky and really dirty. So disappointed.

It's pretty clean, the bed was pretty good, but that smell is everywhere. It's like your whole room smells like a musty bathroom. The whole place needs a serious update. On the upside, it's so close to the freeway. It's really easy to get around. The maids are friendly and will give your room a little extra TLC if you ask them nicely. At $83 bucks a night I was happy enough. I can ignore the old decor and the tube tv but that smell will probably keep me from coming back.
