Disgusting customer service. Extremely unprofessional. I noticed my order was missing the drink so I then called the restaurant. They said they cannot deliver it to me, nor can they refund me the drink, I could try to appeal online instead. This isn't great, but at least it is reasonable and makes logical sense since I ordered online. Until the MANAGER herself said to me on the phone "It is kinda on you, you should check your order". Disgusting comment, dishonorable excuses. I was there to PICK UP my food, that I PAID in advance. You GOT PAID to PROVIDE me the food that I paid for, it's YOUR responsibility to double check, not me. Do you expect me to open every bags and check how many nuggets are inside as well? It amazed me that a MANAGER of the store would say something like that, she kept saying "I understand you're frustrated with the drink..." while I was telling her that the comment sicken me. I'm still surprised that she thinks the missing drink was the problem. Yikes.

Super efficient service! The fastest in the area. In and out in 10 minutes with several groups ahead of me. That's crazy good! Their food is good. Most people are masked. Best one on capitol.

This location has got to be the worst Popeyes ever. How do you run an establishment and no one ever answers the phone? Ever. I have called and let the phone ring continuously until it beeped and then disconnected. We had to waste time driving to this location just to find out that our order was not at their location despite the fact that they charged my credit card. This is not the first time it happened and I decided to give them another chance. But this is the last time. My advice to anyone is do not do a mobile order because clearly it does not work and when you get to the restaurant they don’t care that you wasted your time to come to their establishment and you will be making a blank wasted trip.

What happened to this place, it used to be one of my go to places. Me and my children really liked Ms Angelina & Ms Patricia, they both were awesome, very nice and very helpful! These new guys are bad news, my last 3 times my fries were cold and I always ask for a freshly cooked order of fries I don’t mind if I have to wait, my second time my biscuits were hard like rocks, and the last time I was there my chicken was under cooked so me and family got sick, me and my children are scared to eat Popeye’s at this location anymore. It’s too bad I thought this was 1 of the better and friendlier places on the east side.
