I have been shopping here for years never had any problems….However today I was harassed by the HR or whoever she was. she had employees come up to me as if I was stealing, and wanted to check my receipt. Which I was more than happy to do so considering I paid for everything but I did not like that I was accused of stealing. I would definitely like to speak to someone over her about this incident.

Grocery pickup took over 1 hour. Every pickup parking space was filled. Employees were working HARD to keep up but staffing was unable to meet the demand. I hope they find a solution quickly.

I wanted to buy a porch set but there was no one in the outdoor department. I went to customer service and told the lady I needed to purchase the set and needed someone to load it in my car. She eventually found a supervisor. After some time the supervisor returned with a young man to help. I asked about purchasing the item and he said he couldn't do that. I stopped the supervisor and said I needed to purchase it. With a snotty attitude she said "no one told me you needed to purchase it; only that you needed help loading it." I left the store. I should have had the young man help me load it and leave without purchasing it. I would rather do without than have to deal with some of these employees!!

I always shop at Wal-Mart for my groceries and anything else that I need for my home, I never have a bad experience. The only real problem I have is a lot of the items on the grocery side I can not reach. Unfortunately, I wasn't blessed with long legs. Went today to get some things to make a dessert and the cherries (in every other isle I went in) were on the top shelf. Needless to say I couldn't reach (lol). I'm ashamed of asking someone to help or I would have. It would just be nice to have everything readily accessible to EVERYONE.
