Food cold. When we talked to owner he said that is why we have a microwave on buffet. He said hot food is not good for you! If I wanted microwave reheated food I would have stayed home. Crossing it off my list.

I ate my lunch late around 2 and their food was cold and most of it was out and they charged me dinner price so I wasn't happy with this meal

I love, love, love American Chinese. My favorite is No 1 in Lafayette but China in Trion has certain choices I am very pleased with. But recently what I used to order has been greatly downsized at the same price. I understand due to inflation it might be alittle less but not half less with the prices remaining the same. I am a fan of beef teriyaki which is a satay marinated beef on a wooden skewer. Today I got half the size of the normal quanity. The combination dinner used to be 2 dinners for me now is only one. So it comes down to this. I will cook my favs and freeze them. With the gas and smaller potions, it is cost effective to make your own. Sorry, China but you are not worth the trip anymore. And I didn't even get a fortune cookie!

The food was good as usual. They seemed short handed as is every where right now. So if you go be ready to be patient. I enjoyed the food and our service was good for what it was. Overall good dining experience. Just short staffed.
