Worst company ever, spent $20 in token machine, and only got 4, had to spend another $20 to get more tokens out of the 2nd one. Owner will not refund or bother calling back, dirty, garbage cans full. No pressure in bay 1. Stay clear of this company and any other establishments they have, they are not the only game in town, it is run down, Vacuums don't suck well, but the owner does!!!

I used the dog wash center and it was alright. But, I did have to scrub everything down before letting my pup in. It would be alright if it was attended to every once in awhile. Has potential.

Up self car wash Brush wont work. I ended up spent 9$ and had so many dirty spots so i had to rub with all my hand. Took my coins and time didn’t go up. Contacted management but they refused refund me because they said they watched cam and and they think its clean. Scam business!! do not go here. I went to lakewood location and brush was much better but charged my credit card 10$ instead of 6$. I saw 6$ when i turn off the machine. Beware of this business. If machines and equipment is fixed daily as needed why are there so many problems?? So many negative reviews from people. They keep refused money back on fraud service. Wasted time and efforts.

We used the dog wash. There are 2 baths. You can pay by card or tokens. The machines let you shampoo, rinse and dry. Bring your towels.
