They scheduled me to see a doctor and then deleted me, I called three times to reschedule, two I was disconnected and the third time I was given a run around. Very poor service over the phone

I’m never happy with the amount of time it takes to get imaging here. Don’t blame it on Covid guys, it’s been this way for a long time. However, I’ve always been happy with the kindness of employees there. Well, until today anyways. There was a receptionist I had never seen before. Black female. She had such an attitude. I understand we all have our ways of talking, but when you work with sick and hurt people you should really have more manners than yelling out “mm-mmm we don’t take X-ray’s till 9am”. How about “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re not taking any X-rays until 9am”. Be a human, and treat others as you would like to be treated. It’s not that hard.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The lack of care and professionalism, is disgusting. I called to notify them I would be late due to being on crutches and not able to move quickly. When I got there, I was immediately told, by a woman named Katilyn, (with an attitude), that I would not be seen. I have a severe injury that needs to be checked out per doctors orders but she refused to even go and ask the doctor if they could allow me to wait and be seen in between patients. I didn’t care how long I’d have to wait, as long as I was seen. She looked at me like I was the most awful person she ever laid eyes on and said “NO, we can’t help you”. I left in tears. They are not about patient care at all! Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to where you’ll be treated fairly!

My rating consists overall patient experience at the outpatient specialty center. Repeating mistakes and poor communication are consistent over a span of about a year. Situations are reported. Sadly nothing has improved or changed. If you go here for care, set your expectations low and you’ll never be disappointed. Two stars because there were a couple of staff on top of things but they left.

I don't think so . Go to any pharmacy to get it
They have all scopes cardiovascular doctors but you will need a referral either from your primary care provider, a prompt or urgent care facility and/or from a emergency room hospitalist. Also, any of your current doctors can easily refer you, if your not receiving care I'd establish care with a primary ASAP but if concern is urgent go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Hope i could help.
