OMG! We went down to go check out e-bikes. We've never tried them before and the staff was very helpful and selecting the perfect ones for us to try and then they let us go for about an hour test drive and we had a blast. I wrote up every hill in Bellingham including traveling to the WWU campus and across campus with that e-bike. It was the most fun day I've ever had in my entire life and I plan on buying that e-bike in the near future. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Kona bike shop. We have bought a couple of their bikes in the past and they are first class all the way! Thank you so much!

Bellingham is full of amazing bikes, shops and people passionate about all things with 2 wheels and pedals. When I first arrived I was pretty draw to another MTB focused retailer, they are amazing, but the in store culture is more about being the cools kids on the block than rider friendly service, retail, and sharing local knowledge. Kona’s service and culture is fantastic, and if you ride gravel then their is nowhere better for bikes, bits and pieces, and local info.

So we were looking for new bike for my daughter, who was turning 10. She was just tall enough for the smallest adult bike or largest children's bike. I didn't want to spend big money (more than a cheap Walmart bike) for one she would outgrow in very little time. I wish I knew the sales person's name, but she was amazing. We described what we were looking for, and then luckily, she talked directly to my daughter and myself etc, and found just the right bike! Thanks so much. This was June 2021, and the availability of bikes was super low (maybe it still is, I am not sure). I am super impressed. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.
