its a jack...in the box. staff is friendly and shop is clean as it can be for a fast food joint. food looks pretty close to the commercial pictures. will return again!

Jack's food quality has gone down hill. Pretty greasy, and fries were were warm, but definitely not at proper temp.

I went through the drive thru for our dinner. When I got home, unpack the food, only to discovered that there was no meat on the burger. Seriously, is this a 2020 joke?!
