I come to this location because its near my home. I need to stop coming here. They constantly lack employees which means they can't make ANY FOOD. The coffee is made poorly. The amount of time you wait in line is absolutely insane. I've been to many dunkin donuts and this is by far the worst. Bring back better employees and management. This kids are clueless. Its been months and months now. How is this place still open?!

Person who took my order was nice at the drive thru but that is where it ended. Service was slow and an item was forgotten. While waiting I had seen the crew messing around in back so that made think, I better check my order. Never mind the cashier didn't try to input my gift card, just half heatedly to tried. Their printer is not working so I can't put in a survey about my experience. I wont be coming to this location.

A busy location, especially in the mornings. Employees work fast though to make orders for both drive thru and inside customers. Despite the lines, I was out within 10 minutes. I often order ahead on the app which makes the process faster if you can plan your trip.

Well this my 1st time at this location. Although my brother was suggesting other coffee chain, I said let give Dunkin Donuts a try. And I instantly regretted that decision. The only bright side was taste of our coffees Service was the worst and they did there best in giving so. 1st of all they gave a coffee which was dripping out of the cup and when we were asked about hot sleeve , the response was “sorry we are out” .honestly I don’t get that response even in a convince store and that was my brother’s coffee story. And coming to my coffee, I mention easy on ice and they said sure during taking the order. But gave me half cup coffee Ce anyway. Surprisingly coffee was only filling not completely. I guess management should start working on there staff to give at least basics of people skills. Will sure I won’t make this decision of going back again.
