Employee was hiding in the back for 15 minutes, never came out and talked to me. When the gas station clerk went to get the subway employee she came back and said that they were closed. The store closes at 9:30pm according to the posted hours. I got to the counter at 9:15. Horrible service, never even saw the employee.

We visited Hardee's not Subway. Hardee's was excellent! Quick in and out with excellent parking for RV's. Breakfast's are great and their Burgers also.

Second time that we've done a mobile order and get here to find out that they don't have bread. At least first time they called us right away to let us know. This time no call. Walk in to our order hanging for him to tell us that they can't make it. Now waiting 7-10 days for a refund. Maybe turn off your mobile ordering if you don't have product. Most def won't be back again.

Keep driving. Hold your hunger. We get subway on almost every family road trip but this was the slowest fast food I've ever had. We waited over 30 minutes for 4 subs. They had 3 employees but only one slowly making subs for the very long line. One was slowly baking bread in the middle of the lunch rush. They had an employee on her first day waiting at the cash register until someone checks out (which was not often), so she was doing nothing most of the time. Why not ask her to go find and refill the ingredients you are running out of? Why not show her how to cut a sub in two, or roll it in a piece of paper. But instead she just stood at the cash register and waited. This was the only restaurant experience where I can ever remember myself wishing they would let me help them prepare my food.
