I was so incredibly disappointed in this place. I'm new to the area and did my research looking around, I saw the great rating for this place and how long it's been around and thought it would be perfect. I was set up with the youngest girl there (I guess she must have just graduated) and my hair was completely butched to the point I have to pay someone else to fix it... I'm crushed to know I have an important interview I must now walk into looking like this. I mistakingly tipped her, feeling bad for the last minute appointment, calling only 1 day in advance, and after getting home and fully looking at it I'm upset I even paid.... I never leave 1 star reviews but I would be so hurt to think anyone else would have to get this terrible of a hair cut. I can only hope the rest of their hair dressers are much much better

Called to see how much a color and cut was. I said thank you very much for the help and the woman just hung up on me. Didn't say you're welcome. Didn't say bye. Seems to me unless they are getting money out of you they could care less. No thanks.

Just had a great experience at the salon with Holly. My daughter needed a haircut and Holly was happy to oblige with her awesome hair cutting and styling skills. We felt very welcome, the shop was clean and organized, they require masks to combat transmission of coronavirus and they wear them as well as sell them. There are personal touches around the salon with photos of the crew. Such a warm and welcoming feel plus I scored a parking spot right out front! I highly recommend Holly. I've known her for years and she has never ever disappointed my daughter or myself. Really liked this salon!!! UPDATE: Two weeks ago I went to see Holly to have my hair cut. It was long but I needed a massive amount cut off because I had damaged it so badly with the flat iron. I found a picture that I thought was really great and we talked and found a compromise between my long hair and the short cut I thought I needed . I can't tell you how much I appreciate the time she spent listening to me and I listened to her and we came up with a super good haircut. I love my hair and it is completely different than what I had before. I can style it numerous different ways, I can look sharp or I can look soft. ...It all works so well with her amazing skills! 💗
