While shopping for a new car is rarely pleasant, especially in these times of car shortages, this was truly an outstanding car-buying experience. Our salesman Bryan was wonderful—knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and what he quoted us on the phone was exactly the deal we got when we arrived at the dealership, no surprise charges or fees. This was in marked contrast to the many other Honda dealerships we had contacted to buy a car. Also, Luigi in the credit office was so personable and so efficient.
