For the past 2 weeks everytime I come around 930pm ish.. The old man says there closed!!! Today he said @ 9:51pm told me they were closed but will open back up in 5 minutes!! People sitting outside waiting for him to open back up and now its 10:02pm and still closed! Wth is going on here for reals!
