The person that was starting to make the sandwich for me and my co worker seemed to had an attitude as she walked up to the counter. Told her what I wanted she asked my co worker what she.wanted when he got the breads to make the sandwich she asked if they was toasted I spoke up and said "slightly" turns around and ask my co worker about her sandwich she said slightly as well. The worker then looks at me like I never answered her so I told her to go ahead and put my bread away. Cause she had gave me a mean look say "I thought the toast was just for the chicken. After I leave another customer that was in the store told me she had snapped an attitude at her kid when she was ordering

Jess making the sandwiches is incredibly rude. Watched her be rude to about 5 people in front of me including a child (who she yelled at) and then continue with the worst attitude ever with me and my boyfriend. Terrible employee and customer service.

We love the veggie on Italian bread a a spicy sauce, delicious! Always good, no matter the location!

Can I give this -5 stars? I waited online behind 3 people, by the time my sandwich was ready the person in front of me was in the process of paying and taking a very long time trying to get her 'reward points' added. She finally left, I paid for my sandwich, and when I got home it was the wrong one. I wasn't about to drive back 10-15 minutes and get another one so threw it away and ate something else. If you visit this store, check the sandwich before you leave, I learned a valuable lesson but there is no excuse for this on the part of the people working there, none whatsoever.
