Nice boutique hotel. Clean room, easy check-in.... If you call it that, they emailed me a code to the front door before I arrived. So that was simple. The room was simple but efficient and clean. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper in the bathroom... I think my local county jail has nicer toilet paper than the single one ply stuff used here! I know that is being picky but, I travel a lot and do have certain expectations for the bathroom. I would stay here again! And maybe pack my own TP, lol

The room was fantastic ! if you want to spend a nice time in a clean and spacious room, you are at the right place. Close to restaurants and the beautifull beach of Lauderdale By the Sea.

We stayed four days, and wish we could have stayed two weeks longer! Nicolas and his family have done a wonderful job, as the lovely room we stayed in was decorated beautifully, very clean, included many amenities (dishware, microwave, extra towels etc.) and they thought of everything we could need. We enjoyed spending time on the patio and chatting with other guests. Beach is so close - just across the street, and having nice beach chairs/umbrella and access to other beach accessories is key. Great location to the main LBTS street, only a 5-minute walk.
