Horrible. You pay too much to be treated weird if you have someone you know stop by. The place is small and during my stay someone broke in and stole items from my roommate and myself he made a police report and the owner and lady sue who helps run the place treated me as if i was wrong and kicked me and my roommate out because the poilce coming to check the camera out. Like what kind of place kicks someone out for nothing when they the one who got stole from.

I’ve stayed at this place for 4 months and won’t ever visit a place like them! I was a very clean tenant first off! Upon entering, I informed the management that the oven doesn’t work. I kept bringing it up, but Carlos says “ I’m sorry”! But how can you pay for a new renovated resort and not fix the guest’s needs????? I caught Carlos taking a picture of my friend taking me to work! This is not a prison and for the money paid, this place can care less! They do not even have a permit to do construction but if you go by there, you’ll see the mess all over! They rent out to crackheads who smoke cigarettes all day and night lingering outside, but I was the one the owner kept talking about to Carlos??????? The place I found now is so much better, bigger, and worth paying the price!!! Oh well, they lost a good customer!

INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! Beware, my husband and I stayed here for some weeks and it was disturbing the amount of bugs there were. We were not messy whatsoever and cleaned pretty much everyday. My last straw was when there was a roach crawling on my pillow and about 8 more in the kitchen. Would not recommend.

For $65, I got this. Accommodations on par with a much higher priced hotel. 2 king beds, a big screen TV, full sized closet, very clean bathroom, and a full kitchenette! Sure the walls have some scuff marks, the door sticks a bit, and the AC is a bit on the loud side, but all in all you're getting a fantastic set of amenities in an beachfront area surrounded by all you could need for the price of a roach coach. In my opinion this place is a hidden gem.
