What a disappointment... Drove over 30 minutes to pick up an order I had made online, arrived at the location, checked in at the kiosk and waited. After 15 minutes my wife went inside to see what was taking so long and they weren't helpful towards her at all. When I went in another 5 minutes later, someone brought out our order acting like I was to blame for it not being picked up. When I asked the guy if this order had been sitting for 20 minutes he said 'no; no one had checked in'. 1. It had been sitting for 20 minutes as the food was cold, so he straight up lied. 2. Even if there was some system error, this is not how you treat your customers, making them feel like they did something wrong. Seeing the other reviews though it seems obvious that the people at this franchise are incompetent to say the least ...

We sat and waited about 25 min for someone to take our order after we hit the button. Other cars were just leaving. Went inside thinking maybe the service there was better. There was 3 people standing in line and after about 5 min, no one even came out of the back to take any order. Really sucked because I hadn't had sonic in years. Drove over 30 min out of my way to eat it, and didn't even get it. So upsetting!

Worst Sonic ever. They didn't give me what I order and then when I finally received my food. It was all cold. I asked for my money back and they refused. Absolutely the worst place to go. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I started coming here a lot with my boyfriend for late night munchies, every time i would go the experience would get worse. not only do i receive a different hot dog every time i order the SAME one, they need to enhance their speakers because their employees never seem to understand what im trying to order, will have to repeat myself 4-5 times. i literally started taking pictures of my hot dog because i could not believe how different my NY hotdog looked every single time.
