Manager was very rude. Swearing and using foul language on the phone because he gave out false information. Rented a machine from Bunce for one day, ended up needed the machine for a few more hours. Called it in to their office and was told that they’ll charge me per hour after my 24 hour rental time. So 22 dollars per hour. I used the machine for 7 more hours. They charged me $325 for seven more hours which was only supposed to be about 125. They didn’t allow me to explain because he knew he was wrong but instead started swearing on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worse customer service ever.

I want to thank the team at Bunce rentals for helping me get the equipment I needed to complete a tankless hot water heater install. The rental core drill was perfect and made the job a breeze. Got an injured dog guarding their establishment. Come take care of your German Shepherd. Update per owner's comments: Your German shepherd was limping around your establishment around 9:30am when my husband and I walked by. Your dog is guarding your establishment which makes it an employee and if you're not taking care of your employees then you get a 1-star review. If you have an animal guarding your place then at least have cameras to check and see if the dog is injured, so you can come take care of the poor thing.
