This used to be a great location to ship packages from, nowadays, it is either hit or miss. The location is not clean and organized, there are no free priority mail shipping supplies readily available (you always have to get in line to ask), however, they do offer other shipping materials that you can purchase (I see what you did there USPS) , you are lucky to find two (2) employees working the counter and if not be prepared to wait in line easily more than 10 minutes. Lastly, the attitude, body language, and demeanor of some employees there leaves a lot to be desired. What is the point of going to work if you are going to be miserable and toxic?

Post office visits are necessary, like going to the dentist, but in this case I choose the dentist. The attitude is negative and unfriendly. No effort made by staff to move the often long lines more quickly. It’s as if the staff hates their job so decides to take it out on the customers. I wish private businesses would handle the mail. It would be quicker, cheaper, friendlier and ten times more efficient.

The lady working during the day on M-F is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m shocked she’s been able to keep her job. She instructed me to put my package on the counter to the side and of course it never got scanned in. When I went back a week later to see what was going on, I could see my package in a bin behind the counter. I pleaded with her to please check the name and she looked at me and simply stated “no.” I was the only person there! If this USPS has any hope to stay open, they’ll get rid of her!

I went this morning 7/3 to mail a priority envelope the African American young woman with no name tag said rudely to me we are out of the small envelope and tossed a large letter envelope at me very abruptly and I said where is the label to write on and she replied I told you we were out and I said you don't have to be so snippy about it and she replied back very nasty and then continued name calling at me as I left and said I will go to another location and never do business there again!! I love the nice older gentleman man who works there he is so nice and friendly. This lady should not be representing our neighborhood post office in this manner, she shouldn't be in customer service!!!
