the calamari was awesome very good the pasta I believe it was called the New Orleans extremely greasy oily no flavor. Would never order that again. I saw something in the restaurant that really Disturbed me and I don't know if I could ever eat there again. I saw a bus boy handle all the silverware with his bare hands and he made sure that he touched every last silverware when he placed each silverware down on the table you know like the part that goes in your mouth. I don't know if he went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands I mean touching doors tables chairs and then putting your hands directly on the silverware where people put that in their mouth yeah. I'm very o c d and I usually ask for a cup of hot water with the lemon to clean my utensils. I'm glad I'm not crazy and taking extra steps to be safe.

Right after I ordered I received my soup of the day, delicious clam chowder, the mains were great and the pot stickers delicious, our server Patricia was amazing and expected everything we would need. Fastest I've gotten food at a sit down restaurant. Amazing time.

I would have rated them 2 stars if it weren’t for the free slice of cheesecake they gave us at the end. This was one of the worst experience of cheesecake I’ve ever had at this location, the waiter was so rude, his service was horrible! He took forever to get us our drink orders and then he told us a million times he was going to get them and we would see him helping other tables that got there after us, we told him like 3 times we were ready to order, once when he finally started taking our order he was hearing me order and midway turned around and started taking orders from the table behind us, like almost trying to do 2 tables at once but then when they finished he just left, didn’t even finish our order. At the end of the meal I wanted to order cheesecakes Togo and I told him he said he’d be back and then never came back, when we finally flagged him down we just had to ask for our bill bc we’d been there soooo long we didn’t want to wait any longer.. it was just a horrible experience I couldn’t believe it, it was like I was in a dream. That is usually our favorite Cheesecake Factory location, we’ve been going there as a family since I was a kid so basically for the past 20+ years. It was outrageous, when I left to get the car I guess my mom spoke to the manager and for a table of three he gave us one cheesecake slice, I was going to buy 3 but whatever😒 Well anyway as you could guess the food was really good as always and the drinks were great as well, if only it wasn’t ruined with the service, hopefully next time it’s better, if not I guess we just lost our favorite location.

I really love to eat here. Today I had a steak which was really good. My wife had the fried shrimp and it was delicious. For dessert we had a Coconut cream cheesecake. No words... Incredible... Will come back.
