My brother suggested I go to Carmax after car hunting for hours that day. This was the easiest and smoothest car purchase transaction I've had. Willie my sales guy was informative, he wasn't pushy, and efficient. The whole process felt like an hour. I will not go anywhere else and will recommend CarMax to anyone looking into getting a new car.

Painless experience. We had an extra car kicking around and wanted to sell it but did not want to go through the hassles of listing it on Craigslist or some other means. We drove over to the CarMax and they made an offer on further investigation we found that this was a reasonable offer. We went home to get all our belongings brought the car back handed over the title and they handed us a check fantastic. I highly recommend this as an easy way to get rid of a car in what appears to be fair manner. Sure if I was willing to put in the time and effort to clean and buff and polish and do all these other things and then run an ad and take time to show the car I could have got a little bit more, it's the price for convenience thanks again.

I thought the salesman was very informative laid back and helpful. I found a car I wanted and it was in very good shape. They offered me a fair price for my trade in. They were also able to complete the purchase process in a timely manner even on a Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased to be able to drive out with my new ride!
