We just move out and Headed to Colorado. Apt. 191. We have nothing but good things to say. Great Management and Maintenance Staff. Well maintained property. Friendly Community. Great location. We even received our full deposit back, which most places find some reason to keep it. Thank You for the great living experience. Love the pools too and there 8 feet deep! That's a pool!

This place is awesome! Seriously. I remember driving by a few times and always wondering what it was like to actually live here. It seems like a little neighborhood of it's own. I saw a 2 bedroom was available and immediately applied! What was cool was how down to earth and actually relatable Michelle was when I came by to ask more about it the next day. Even Pam who sites in her back office would chime in during the conversation. I had a blast getting to know them and having all of my questions answered and curiosity shown. There's always a sense of separation at other places; but here, it just felt right. People that lived here already would come into the office just to say hi. Made me smile. The lower than what I expected price shocked me also especially because of the location and the location is awesome because it's only one mile to the main strip! This is by far my favorite apartment and community I've ever lived in and I've lived all over. Oh yeah, it's quiet also and feels very safe as well. If you decide to check it out, you won't be disappointed. I know that I'll be living here for a long time. - Dave

Lived in 2 different apartment units during my time at Park at Torino. Both apartments had severe cases of rats and roaches. Management continuously strung me along saying they would get the apartments treated for pest however nothing was ever done. Maintenance was terrible, for example I put in a work order to have a gasket replaced on the freezer due to the door not staying sealed when shut and they replaced the refrigerator door instead which worked fine. Another example is there was a toilet that would not flush and it was never fixed during the duration of our stay in the apartment. Management and employees in the office are rude and will tell you they will take care of the issues that occur, however it took 5+ times of going to the office with complaints before action would be taken. I have witnessed police coming in and out of the apartments on multiple occasions for various reasons. On a positive note most neighbors are easy going and get along with everyone.
