Hello! Yes we offer all different levels of classes at our studio. Our Tuesday and Thursday evening yoga class at 6 pm is meant for beginners. We can also offer one-on-ones with you both (a private lesson) if you are feel that is needed too! www.yogaloveyoga.com lists our classes and we would be happy to have you a class soon!
