When I dropped off my vehicle for detailing it was apparent all departments were understaffed but you wouldn’t know it based on how the employees handled the customers. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for care. Each team member was obviously doing the job of at least 2-3 people and I hope Car Toys acknowledges these employees because they deserve it!! Will be coming back here for all my car needs in the future because of their wonderful staff!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and work Car Toys provided. It began with Sara who genuinely listened to my concerns with pricing but wanted to get a quality stereo, speakers, security systems and remote start. Her professionalism and knowledge helped me get the best deal I could afford. Sara kept me informed when I needed to ordered a deck and made sure I would have the car fixed in 24hrs. I was impressed the manager Brandon sharing his expertise when I decided to add on extra equipment for the speakers because I wanted a certain sound. To top off my excellent experience the tech Lucas made sure to go over everything from the stereo, speakers, sub. He wanted me to feel comfortable with everything I purchased. I appreciated the recommendation for the song, the sound quality was off the chart’s! I would recommend Car Toys in Federal Way the staff truly care about the customers needs. I came in to Federal Way Car Toys on a mission to upgrade the sound of my stereo sytem. I bought new speakers and a 5 channel amp and really like how it sounds. It makes my 90 minute daily commute so much more tolerable. The installers had to ask to keep my car a few extra days which wasn't a huge inconvenience for me since i had another vehicle to drive, but could see how that could of ruined someones week for sure. I can't say I received a great deal but I will say I am happy with what I bought.
