First time here. A lot of delicious food for reasonable prices. The sauces were tasty as well. We bought a handful to take back to Chicago. The young woman behind the counter was amazing. I believe her name was Natalie. Taking orders, running food out, asking all the customers if they needed anything. Super attentive. Most of our group works in customer service and would have to her service was wonderful. This is also my first Google review; that’s how great she was!

I had never eaten at a Tijuana Flats before…my husband wanted to stop in here and eat, so we stopped and decided to grab lunch. The food was great! Had a burrito with chips, queso and a pineapple soda. What I really enjoyed was the amazing customer service we received! We ate lunch at 12:10 pm on March 3rd. The woman working at the cash register was just lovely and enjoyable to talk to. The man who brought us our food, came out and brought it right to our table! He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I was surprised that they even brought our food out…maybe that’s just what they do here…either way I think it’s important for management to know that these two employees were very friendly and accommodating! They both had smiles on their faces and were very kind. This may sound strange, but everywhere I go out to eat now I am disappointed…and we eat out A LOT! I feel like the world has turned into such a miserable place these days and these two employees made an impression and made me smile today! I will for sure be back here to eat, and it’s only because of the service we received. Thank for a great lunch!

So.. my coworker and I wanted tacos and it was late and we found this place on Google maps. Not only was the food good but it was surprisingly good. Chicken wings on a Mexican menu was surprising so I had to give it a try. I really pike this place. Great late night service even though we walked in close to closing. Kudos to the workers there.

Husband and I visited for the first time, and we left full and impressed. We brought our appetites, and we still brought home a box of chips. He had the beef burrito, and I had Dos Tacos - one chicken and one beef taco. Both orders came with chips. We both enjoyed our food. The sauces are incredible. There are 15 to choose from - sweet to on fire hot. I liked the sweet one - Johnson’s Mom. We did not purchase any for home use, but you can buy one or more. Take out cups were also available for taking some samples home with the chips. The staff is friendly and efficient. While we ate, a young lady asked if we wanted or needed drink refills. Our table was clean when we sat down. and we knew it would be cleaned when we left. Staff cleans up - no trash cans. Great experience! We’ll be back!
