I will NEVER shop here again or any other Marley stores. I purchased this product on Monday 3-28. Today, on 3-30, I took the product out of the package. It is faulty & does not work, there is no vape at all coming from the product. I called the shop to ask if I was potentially doing something wrong, they said no. I then explained that I had just purchased it 2 days ago & asked if I could just exchange it. They stated they have a final/as is policy. I explained that nobody informed me of this policy & employees should inform customers to take products out of the package & test it before leaving the premises. I asked the employee to please call the manager & explain the situation: the product is faulty & nobody informed me of the final/as is policy so I was not aware that I need to open/test the product before leaving the premises. The Manager did not care & there is going to be no exchange or refund. All for $17 this shop has lost not just myself as a customer, but several others as well.

I am went there then this should $1-7 for that wood elephant burner this my opinion. But this wood is $14? Really? I never go there shopping again.
