It was an easy and straight forward process from scheduling an appointment to the completion. I appreciate having a very knowledgable individual during this process because of the complexity of my return this year. Michel answered all my questions and was easy to understand. She knew what information was needed and had me obtain some addition information, which when added, lowered my tax obligation.

Nice people to work with. Patient and helpful! We usually use turbo tax but this year we started a small family business and it was a bit too complicated to do on our own, so glad we came here! They helped a lot and even have a 'piece of mind' which protects you if you ever get audited.
