Not impressed with this KOA at all! One of the worst I have been to! 1. Roads to get there are horrific! This place is very remote! The roads to get there are full of hairpin curves that a 40+ ft 5th wheel should never be on! There is only one sign on one road warning you about this! We took one we thought was ok and it was really curvy and bumpy and very narrow! I was in tears by the time we got there! They should include information about this in there reservation or on the koa app that warns you about this! Had the same difficulty getting out of there! 2. You have to pay for wifi! They wanted $12 for limited and $25 for what they said was better wifi! 3. They charged $3 for use of the dog run which I never used! 4. The rv spots are not level and we couldn't unhook from our Rv for the night! 5. No local stores so you are forced to buy stuff from them and the prices are ridiculous! 6. Only 10 channels for TV and they sucked! Your best bet is to stay on Hwy 101 and stay at a KOA that is on that road! I would not recommend this park to anyone u less you have a smaller rv and have no problems with roads! SO DISAPPOINTED!

Nice campsite that has Hiker/Biker rates for those who arrive on bicycle or on foot. We basically had the field all to ourselves. Facilities were spotless, and there is a large communal kitchen area too! 1mile walk down to the beach.

We stayed over night and it was a very good stay! You stop at the office and check in and then they take you to your site and he even asked if we needed any help! They have a young man taking your pizza orders if you choose to order a pizza like we did after a 10 hour drive! He made a really good pizza and then delivered it to our site! The pool was great and so was the shower house. The only negative thing is how close it is to the road. Our site had its own dog area which was really nice cuz we have multiple dogs. Their dog area is lit which we loved and it was clean! They have cabins and teepee to stay in too! Great place to stop but because of the road noise I would not do a long stay but the road did not bother my wife?? Happy camping hope you have a good stay like we did!!

Great place for families with kids as they have the heated pool, the playground, and the shared kitchen area. We stayed here only at nights, but we enjoyed our cozy cabin and the electric fireplace.

$8, though if you don't bring a hatchet to make kindling, you'll have to buy fire starter as well.

Yes and if you stop next door to camp grounds they have firewood $5 for 8 pcs wood. On the honor system . Leave $ in can and pick your own. As opposed to $8.50 at campsite. I was there last week. Not much going on around town but plenty to do at campgrounds. Casino and dispensary ten minute drive. Have fun.

I am trying to help my daughter find a permanent space to park her RV. I thought I remember you guys having that and it seems like a safe environment. She lives with me in gualala right now. Do you have spaces and what would the rent be? Thanks,

This is not a format to communicate directly with the places you are asking about for specific questions about long term rental or site availability you must contact each place on thier own website
