Overall, great. Really sketchy neighborhood & the drive to it is pretty bleak haha Once inside you'll want to find someone to help you as there aren't many prices on items. The owner, Tony, was fantastic & not pushy. We told him our budget & he had no problem staying within that. In fact, I told him less than $300 and he showed us multiple for $200-250. We chose a washer we liked, he plugged it in to test the spin & show its working. They also offer a warranty, so if anything happens that makes me feel a little better. Delivery was "1-3 business days" from our transaction. The next day we got a call to set up Delivery that day! Woohoo!! Within 2 hours of the first call, the Delivery was made. They took our old machine & installed the new one. Then the Delivery guy tested the new machine with full fill, spin, & drain. I am very impressed and happy with our purchase & the service we received!

Went there today seems to be very knowledgeable about there equipment. Very nice and friendly. lots of merchandise on hand and willing to work with you and answer all your questions. Was in and out quick with a new to us washer and they even loaded me up and gave us the hoses as well. will update and add pictures once I get it installed.

Anthony basically rescued us tonight! We are a young couple that has been over using a 1980 something washer for the last two years, and alas, the thing went out in the middle of the work week. We had searched Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc, to discover that we could not purchase a new washer and have it delivered until middle of the work week the next week. Options looking bleak, we discovered Anthony's business and called him up, asking if he could do same day delivery an hour and a half before they closed that day. He replied that he could do whatever he could to help us. So we hopped in the car and were there in about 20 minutes. We walked in and Anthony came to help us pick out the washer that would work best for our home, and sat us down once we had it picked out. He was professional through the entire transaction, and told us that he would get it to our house as soon as he could. What we did not realize at the time was, all of his trucks were gone for the day and he was going to deliver this himself. He personally delivered the washer to our house in his OWN car, hauled our old (and quite heavy) 1980's washer out all by himself! This man works hard and is great at what he does, we are ever so appreciative of our new washer and your kindness, Anthony!
