Love, Love living here!! Office personal are truly amazing and very Informative. Easy move in process. Property is amazing Megan L. is truly a wonderful person who actually cares. She is passionate and understanding. Work orders are always completed quickly and correctly Jaun and Edgar in maintenance always goes above and beyond. Truly care about their job. Wonder place to be at!

We love living here! It’s very safe and a great location! It is close to good shopping as well as downtown Mckinney which has great local shops! Management is excellent! Been here over two years and love it!

The two bedroom apartment feels brand new. We have quality kitchen appliances with dark cherry wood cabinets. We are in the top floor facing the woods/river and it is very quiet. The neighbors are nice/pleasant. The outdoor pool is relaxing and the exercise room has just the right amount of equipment with TV's. When we do have maintenance requests they are handled quickly. Overall a first class apartment complex.

My sister moved in at Sorrel 2 yrs ago. They're apt. is actually down below, meaning from the parking lot you walk thru the breezeway then down the stairs. It's different but it is really nice. I didn't know what to think about the outside patio not having an enclosed balcony. Some other tenants put up their own gates or fences or like in the pics, leave it open. No one bothers your things either. I'll add more pics but the workout room is SWEET! The pool is salt water and the chairs are built in the shallow end. I love that! This is a great community to live in but it is pricey.
