I went in to Hot Topic to exchange a hoody i purchased for my Husband for Xmas that was too small.....Betty was wonderful ❤ There was only smaller sizes left in stock....so on her iPad she brought up the online store to see I'd there was any more left in stock in his size....there was not...so she brought up the catalog of everything else the store has to offer....I could not find anything else that I liked....so I made the return instead....but the Cheerful customer server she bestowed upon me did not go unnoticed....thank you !! I will be back to see her happy smile again soon !! ☺
