I never write reviews but I am so disappointed with Lucchese that I couldn't help myself. On September 16, 2021, I ordered a pair of Percy boots. I advised the woman who helped me that these boots were to celebrate the birth of my first daughter. I called twice to check on the status of the boots and never received an update. Wish I could have left a positive review, but since I never got the boots and nobody from Lucchese has called to follow-up, I can only advise to shop elsewhere. I purchased a pair of handmade boots that I absolutely love from Heritage Boot Co. in Austin. They delivered my boots next day and I was able to drive home with my newborn daughter wearing a nice pair of custom boots.

I cannot get anyone from the Dallas store to call me back to purchase custom boots. I have tried now 4 times and reached out to their corp. headquarters. Nothing will work, not even their direct line. Either no answer or someone picks up and then just hangs on the line.

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible level of customer service we have just experienced with Lucchese. Blake at the Dallas custom shop helped answer all of our questions and followed up on our online order. He followed up with us personally after our in person visit and we received our boots amazingly fast. The boots are the most attractive pair we've ever bought and my husband says the are also the comfiest. We then received another follow up from Lucchese making sure we are happy with our purchase. We will never buy another brand after this. Thank you Lucchese for setting a new standard in service and quality.

Wow! What a showroom! This place is the PLACE TO GO if you are wanting the best boots in town. Forget the local 'cowboy' store. I went the local western store first and they had a small selection of Lucchese. Then, I went here and I found the perfect pair of boots for me. The staff was friendly and they helped me find my perfect pair. They educated me on how to maintain my boots and how to make them last. You wont' be disappointed. Also. FYI. There is a showroom/headquarters and there is a pop up shop. If you go to the wrong one, don't worry. The shop is two doors down!
